Awe partners with a range of entities, including security companies, response services, municipalities, and other community organizations, to ensure that its platform is effective in improving service delivery and emergency response in South Africa.

These partnerships enable Awe to integrate with existing emergency response systems and provide users with access to emergency services when needed. Additionally, partnerships with municipalities allow Awe to streamline the reporting of service delivery issues, ensuring that reported issues are addressed more efficiently. By leveraging these partnerships, Awe is able to provide a comprehensive platform that connects citizens, responders, and authorities, improving communication and increasing transparency.

So how does awe’s response work?

Awe provides an emergency response feature that allows users to request medical, fire, police, private security responder assistance in the event of an emergency.

When a user sends an emergency request, Awe sends a notification to the nearest emergency responders who are registered on the app. These responders will then have the option to accept or decline the request.

Once a responder accepts the request, they
will be given the location of the emergency,
as well as any relevant information provided by the user. The responder can then navigate to the location using GPS coordinates provided by the app.

In this way, Awe helps to improve emergency response times and ensure that users receive timely assistance in the event of an emergency. Same applies to Service Delivery reported incidents.

The Awe Responder APP is designed for use by Responders such as Community Patrollers, Private Security Responders, Police, Medical personnel, fire and electrical workers, and others who need to be dispatched to incidents quickly and efficiently.

The app allows Responders to receive assignments, navigate to the incident location, and communicate with the Command center and other Responders.

It also offers features such as Panic Button, Rounds, and customizable buttons for additional reporting.
